Shipping service standard free shipping international

US Orders
All orders shipping to a U.S. address are shipped via FedEx with signature confirmation required. Orders going to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) will be shipped via USPS. All shipments are packaged in discreet, nondescript packaging.

You may select Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 4–6 business days from the date of shipment (free).
   
• Expedited Shipping: faster delivery options available at checkout.
   

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed after 4pm ET Monday–Thursday begin processing the next business day.
   
• Orders placed after 4pm ET on Friday are processed on Monday.
   
• Fulfillments are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
   

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx. Delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping is free for all international orders.

Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so that you will not have to pay additional fees upon delivery. Please note that items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the U.S.

Unfortunately, due to customs regulations, we are unable to accept returns on international purchases. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or other external factors.

Important: We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
